If you at any time in a development or in a products evaluation period, you are not satisfied you don't need to pay. By paying, you are indicating that you have inspected / tested the product or service and accept it "In Good Order", for this reason payments are non-refundable. You pay only up to the point where you are satisfied.

Producs

Most of our products offer a 30 day free trial period, in which you can, enjoy, explore and evaluate our products with no obligation and at no cost. Buy purchasing our products. You are indicating that you have found that the product meets your needs and that you have tested the product to your satisfaction. All purchases are non-refundable. If you have not tested our products in your environment, please do so before purchasing.

Services

All services are done in good faith. We generally take upfront and subsequent payments are made for each billable, if for any reason work does not meet your expectations, then you have the right to withhold payment, however a payment is considered an acceptance to the work rendered in that billable. We will not refund payments on services rendered and subsequently accepted by you. Please validate the work with each billable to ensure that the services meet your expectations, as payment is considered an implicit acceptance of services rendered.

Deposits

All deposits are non refundable. However, deposits are refundable if we are unable to make the deliverable as per as our commitment for the same. No refund is made, if you have accepted any work performed to date. Your payment of billable services indicates your acceptance of quality and functionality.
